Conditions

Before You Start

  1. The Hot Breads Rewards Loyalty Program (Program) is being conducted by B&M Hot Breads Private Limited (Hot Breads).

  2. The Program is designed to reward Program Members for purchases at Hot Breads. Purchases that are eligible to be considered for the Program are purchases made in Hot Breads Retail Stores and via Hot Breads’ online website (www.hotbreads.co.in). The Program is not currently available for all other mediums of purchase.

  3. Upon successful registration to the Program, members accept that the membership is governed by these terms & conditions and may be amended from time to time by Hot Breads.

  4. The Program is open to every individual who would like to be a Hot Breads Rewards Loyalty Program member. A member’s mobile phone number would be his / her unique identification number for the membership. A Customers First name & Mobile Number are mandatory for registration in the program.

  5. There is no membership fee for registration to the program.

  6. The Program is designed to have 3 Tiers that Members will progress through based on their purchases with Hot Breads.

  7. All Program Members start at the Silver Status and earn points with every purchase (for eligible purchases refer Section 2). Points rewarded to Members at the Silver Status are calculated by providing 5% of Net Bill Value (Bill amount excluding all local applicable taxes, delivery charges, packaging charges and other surcharges) as Hot Breads Rewards Points. To redeem these points, 1 reward point is equivalent to 1 Indian Rupee which can be claimed as a discount on your next purchase. The discretion to redeem reward points lies in the hands of the Program Member. By joining the Program, a Member will always remain with a Silver Status.

  8. To move to the next status, Gold, a Member must have a minimum annual spend of INR 50,000 (Fifty Thousand Rupees). An Annual Spend is defined as the total Net Bill Value of cumulative Purchases (for eligible purchases refer Section 2) made by one Member in a period of 365 days, the start date of which will begin from the date of enrolment by the Member. Points rewards to Members at the Gold Status are calculated by providing 7% of Net Bill Value (Bill amount excluding all local applicable taxes, delivery charges, packaging charges and other surcharges) as Hot Breads Rewards Points. To redeem these points, 1 reward point is equivalent to 1 Indian Rupee which can be claimed as a discount on your next purchase. The discretion to redeem reward points lies in the hands of the Program Member. To retain the Gold Status, a Member must have a minimum annual spend of INR 50,000 of purchases in Hot Breads (for eligible purchases refer Section 2). Other benefits offered to Gold Members can be viewed on the Program website (www.hotbreadrewards.com).

  9. To move to the topmost status, Platinum, a Member must have a minimum annual spend of INR 1,00,000 (One Lakh Rupees). An Annual Spend is defined as the total Net Bill Value of cumulative Purchases (for eligible purchases refer Section 2) made by one Member in a period of 365 days, the start date of which will begin from the date of enrolment by the Member. Points rewards to Members at the Platinum Status are calculated by providing 10% of Net Bill Value (Bill amount excluding all local applicable taxes, delivery charges, packaging charges and other surcharges) as Hot Breads Rewards Points. To redeem these points, 1 reward point is equivalent to 1 Indian Rupee which can be claimed as a discount on your next purchase. The discretion to redeem reward points lies in the hands of the Program Member. To retain the Gold Status, a Member must have a minimum annual spend of INR 1,00,000 of purchases in Hot Breads (for eligible purchases refer Section 2). Other benefits offered to Platinum Members can be viewed on the Program website (www.hotbreadrewards.com).

  10. Upon successful completion of a Purchase, points for Members will be credited to the account withing 48 hours. In some cases, point credit may take more than 48 hours.

  11. Upon cancellation of a Purchase, the points will be reversed within 48 hours. Any differential amount to be refunded to the customer will be credited back to the source account within 7 to 10 days.  

  12. The validity of points accumulated in any calendar year shall be one year from the date of earning the points. After which, the points will expire and members will be auto enrolled onto the Program and the point balance will be reset to 0.

  13. Additionally, only Members, who have shared their date of birth at the time of registration, can be rewarded with some bonus points/rewards on their birthday.

  14. Periodic updates on the number of ‘points accumulated’ and ‘points nearing expiry shall be sent to members on their mobile numbers through text messages. The same can also be viewed by Members via logging in to their Program Dashboard on the Program Website (www.hotbreadsrewards.com)

  15. Members are not entitled to claim any refund in cash or in any other mode against the points balance available in his/her Program Account.

  16. The terms and conditions basis which Hot Breads Rewards Loyalty Program can be earned and redeemed are liable to be changed by Hot Breads from time to time.

  17. The membership points, benefits & privileges are non-transferable & may only be used by the same member (mobile number).

  18. The use of the privileges and associated benefits are deemed to be an acceptance of terms and conditions.

  19. Hot Breads reserves the right to discontinue the Hot Breads Rewards Loyalty Program without prior notice.

  21. Terms of Service/Refund Policy/Privacy Policy as mentioned on www.hotbreads.co.in shall apply.

  22. Hot Breads reserves the right of disqualifying a member from the Program arising out of his/her misconduct, fraud, breach of terms and conditions, and misuse of the Hot Breads Rewards Loyalty Program or acts in a manner inconsistent with any local applicable laws and regulations.

  23. Any disputes related to this contest shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu only.
